Who is responsible
The company that runs ukkin is responsible for your personal data: company name and address to be confirmed.
For the lawyer: check what Algerian law on personal data (Law 18-07) requires: declarations to the national authority, consent wording, and data sent abroad. To be checked.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, when you buy, organize or help at a door.
- The SMS codes we send to confirm your phone, and whether they were used.
- Orders and tickets: the event, the tier, the price, the fee, the payment result, and the friend’s name you write on a ticket.
- Door scans: which ticket, which phone, which helper, when, and the result.
- Device information, such as the type of phone and browser, used for fraud checks.
- Messages you send us.
- For organizers: the details we need to pay you.
Why we use it
- To sell you a ticket and show it to you.
- To confirm your phone number.
- To let you in at the door and stop a ticket from being used twice.
- To pay organizers and handle refunds.
- To find fraud, such as tickets of one event scanned at another.
- To answer your messages.
We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Where the data is stored, and which providers host it: to be confirmed.
For the lawyer: rules on storing or sending personal data outside Algeria.
How long we keep it
How long we keep each kind of data (orders, door scans, SMS codes, messages) is decided with the lawyer. Each period will be written here.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, where the law allows. Some records, such as payments, may have to be kept.
Write from the contact page, with the same phone number or email, so we can check it is you.
On this phone
The site keeps a few things on your phone, in its own storage:
- your language;
- the day or night look;
- the tickets you bought on this phone, so they open without network at the door.
No advertising cookies. If you clear your browser, these are removed; your tickets stay in the SMS we sent you.
